However, the warranty period and coverage may\n    vary depending on the product, component, country, order agreement, or\n    information shown on the relevant product page.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n    If the warranty terms provided with your product or order differ from this\n    page, the product-specific or order-specific terms will take priority.\n<\/p>\n\n<h3>General Warranty Coverage<\/h3>\n\n<p>\n    AESWGOF products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship\n    that existed at the time of delivery and occur during normal, intended use.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n    During the applicable warranty period, AESWGOF may provide technical\n    diagnosis, repair guidance, replacement parts, repair services, or product\n    replacement, depending on the nature of the fault and the availability of\n    parts.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n    The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation,\n    incorrect operation, accidents, overloading, unauthorized modification,\n    unauthorized repair, neglect, improper storage, water immersion, severe\n    impact, or other customer-caused damage.\n<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"info-strip\">\n    <strong>Proof of purchase is required.<\/strong><br>\n    Please retain your order number, invoice, receipt, or other valid proof of\n    purchase. class=\"warranty-note\">\n    Warranty periods may differ for certain models, replacement components,\n    special orders, promotional products, refurbished products, or products\n    sold under a separate written agreement.\n<\/p>\n\n<h3>Battery Care and Warranty Conditions<\/h3>\n\n<div class=\"notice-strip\">\n    <p>\n        <strong>Important battery notice:<\/strong> Turn off the product after\n        use and recharge the battery promptly.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>\n            Do not leave the battery in a deeply discharged state for an\n            extended period.\n        <\/li>\n        <li>\n            Recharge the battery regularly during long-term storage.\n        <\/li>\n        <li>\n            Only use the charger supplied or approved by AESWGOF.\n        <\/li>\n        <li>\n            Keep the battery and charging port dry.\n        <\/li>\n        <li>\n            Do not open, modify, puncture, drop, or severely impact the battery.\n        <\/li>\n        <li>\n            Do not charge the battery near flammable materials or in extreme\n            temperatures.\n        <\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p>\n        Battery damage caused by deep discharge, incorrect charging,\n        unauthorized disassembly, water ingress, improper storage, physical\n        damage, or use of an incompatible charger is not covered by warranty.\n    <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<h3>Water Exposure<\/h3>\n\n<p>\n    Certain AESWGOF electric golf products may be used in light rain or may pass\n    briefly through shallow puddles, provided this is permitted by the relevant\n    product instructions.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n    The warranty does not cover damage caused by submerging the product,\n    pressure washing, flooding, prolonged exposure to heavy rain, storing the\n    product outdoors in wet conditions, or allowing water to enter the battery,\n    motor, controller, display, charging port, or electrical connectors.\n<\/p>\n\n<h3>Non-Electric Golf Accessories and Golf Gear<\/h3>\n\n<p>\n    AESWGOF also sells non-electric golf accessories and golf-related products,\n    such as holders, golf practice equipment, travel accessories, bags, mats,\n    nets, support rods and other golf gear.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n    Non-electric products are covered against manufacturing defects according\n    to the warranty period shown on the product page, invoice, order\n    confirmation, or product documentation.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n    Warranty coverage for non-electric products does not include normal wear,\n    cosmetic damage, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect installation,\n    deformation caused by excessive force, damage during transportation after\n    delivery, loss of parts, or deterioration caused by improper storage.\n<\/p>\n\n<h3>What the Warranty May Include<\/h3>\n\n<p>\n    Depending on the confirmed fault, product condition and available service\n    options, warranty support may include:\n<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"warranty-list\">\n    <li>Remote troubleshooting and technical guidance.<\/li>\n    <li>Installation or repair videos.<\/li>\n    <li>Replacement of confirmed defective parts.<\/li>\n    <li>Repair of an eligible product or component.<\/li>\n    <li>\n        Replacement of the product when a major covered defect cannot\n        reasonably be repaired.\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\n    AESWGOF may require photos, videos, diagnostic information, serial numbers,\n    test results, or return of the affected part before approving a warranty\n    solution.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h3>Warranty Parts and Shipping Costs<\/h3>\n\n<p>\n    During the applicable warranty period, replacement parts approved under a\n    valid warranty claim will be provided free of charge.\n<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"info-strip\">\n    <strong>Shipping policy for warranty parts:<\/strong>\n\n    <ul class=\"warranty-list\">\n        <li>\n            The first three warranty-part shipments for each order are provided\n            without additional shipping charges.\n        <\/li>\n        <li>\n            If more than three separate after-sales shipments are required for\n            the same order, the customer may be responsible for the actual air\n            shipping cost of any additional shipment.\n        <\/li>\n        <li>\n            For small golf scooter or electric trolley parts, the air shipping\n            cost is typically approximately <strong>USD 15 per shipment<\/strong>.\n        <\/li>\n        <li>\n            The final shipping charge may vary depending on the destination,\n            package weight, dimensions, carrier rates and delivery requirements.\n        <\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<p class=\"warranty-note\">\n    To reduce unnecessary shipping costs and delays, customers should report all\n    known issues and required parts together whenever possible. AESWGOF may\n    combine multiple approved replacement parts into one shipment.\n<\/p>\n\n<h3>Non-Covered Cases<\/h3>\n\n<div class=\"notice-strip\">\n    <p>\n        <strong>Free warranty service does not apply in the following cases:<\/strong>\n    <\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>Improper use, operation, assembly or installation.<\/li>\n        <li>Failure to follow the user manual or safety instructions.<\/li>\n        <li>Damage caused by overloading or use beyond the product's limits.<\/li>\n        <li>Unauthorized disassembly, modification, repair or replacement.<\/li>\n        <li>Use of incompatible batteries, chargers, parts or accessories.<\/li>\n        <li>Deep battery discharge or prolonged failure to recharge.<\/li>\n        <li>Water immersion, flooding, pressure washing or severe water ingress.<\/li>\n        <li>Collision, impact, dropping, overturning or accidental damage.<\/li>\n        <li>Oxidation, corrosion, rust or damage caused by improper storage.<\/li>\n        <li>Normal wear of tires, grips, pedals, brakes, belts and surface finishes.<\/li>\n        <li>Scratches, dents, fading or other cosmetic damage after delivery.<\/li>\n        <li>A removed, altered, damaged or unreadable serial number.<\/li>\n        <li>Warranty information that does not match the product or order.<\/li>\n        <li>Damage caused by inadequate packaging during a customer-arranged return.<\/li>\n        <li>Loss of parts, accessories, manuals or packaging after delivery.<\/li>\n        <li>Damage caused by fire, flood, natural disaster or other external events.<\/li>\n        <li>Failures unrelated to product materials or workmanship.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<h3>How to Make a Warranty Claim<\/h3>\n\n<p>\n    If you experience a problem, stop using the product when continued use may\n    cause further damage or create a safety risk.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n    Contact AESWGOF support and provide a clear description of the problem.\n    To help us diagnose the issue efficiently, please include the following\n    information where applicable:\n<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"claim-steps\">\n    <li>Your full name and delivery address.<\/li>\n    <li>Your AESWGOF order number, invoice or proof of purchase.<\/li>\n    <li>The product name and configuration.<\/li>\n    <li>The product serial number, if available.<\/li>\n    <li>Clear photos showing the complete product and affected area.<\/li>\n    <li>Clear videos demonstrating the fault or abnormal operation.<\/li>\n    <li>A description of when and how the problem occurred.<\/li>\n    <li>Any relevant error messages or display information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>\n    Please email your claim to:\n    <a href=\"mailto:support@aeswgof.com?subject=AESWGOF%20Warranty%20Request\">\n        support@aeswgof.com\n    <\/a>\n<\/p>\n\n<h3>Product Return and Packaging<\/h3>\n\n<p>\n    Do not return a product or component before receiving return instructions\n    from AESWGOF.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n    If a return is required, the product must be cleaned, switched off and\n    packaged securely. Unless otherwise instructed, the package should include:\n<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"warranty-list\">\n    <li>The product or affected component.<\/li>\n    <li>All requested accessories and parts.<\/li>\n    <li>Your name, address and contact details.<\/li>\n    <li>Your order number and product serial number.<\/li>\n    <li>A copy of the original purchase document.<\/li>\n    <li>A short written description of the fault.<\/li>\n    <li>The return authorization or shipping information provided by AESWGOF.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div class=\"info-strip\">\n    <strong>Packaging recommendation:<\/strong><br>\n    We strongly recommend retaining the original carton and protective packaging\n    for at least 15 days after delivery.
